Creation of an export office for SMEs which lack internal structure and want to externalize their costs

When: for 6-12 months

Where: unique foreign market or more

Aims: definition of positioning and distribution strategies in a foreign market

 

Activity

Management of the external relationships of the company or support to the export managers who are already employed. The EM can help in defining and implementing strategies suited to new market challenges, in organizing events abroad (fair), in developing new relations for innovation and product customization.
